Ok, last hurricane post.
Just wanted to put up the last of my pics from Huey & Earl Unplugged Week.
Half of the Louisiana population was forced to adapt to a whole new way of life.
The world we live in of Now Now Now makes it hard when you have to Wait Wait Wait.
These three ^^^ pictures summarize most of the events. Days and nights were spent sitting on the front porch and listening to the radio. My Porch Life hat by The Hundreds will forever remind me of this storm.
And the precious crank wheel radio was my lifeline to all news and entertainment. Cranking the wheel for a full minute gets you thirty minutes of listening time. Beats trying to find batteries.
